Very nice and clean aircraft. All the crews are very experienced and well mannered. I have traveled from Delhi to Rajkot . Both flight was comfortable.

Flights were all on time, great staff, perfect flights.
The experience has always been good. Timeliness has been a hallmark of Indigo since inception. Food served is also good.
However, the only challenge is baggage handling at airports. It is pathetic, to put it mildly. There is total confusion at the airport regarding baggage upon arrival at the destination. The wrong belt is announced inside the flight, none of the ground crew intimates the passenger of change in the belt and of course the long waiting time to get your baggage. This hasn't been a one-off experience but has happened on multiple occasions on many airports. So, the management needs to fix this.

अनुभव हमेशा अच्छा रहा है। समयबद्धता शुरू से ही इंडिगो की पहचान रही है। परोसा गया खाना भी अच्छा है।
हालांकि, हवाईअड्डों पर सामान संभालने की एकमात्र चुनौती है। इसे हल्के ढंग से रखने के लिए यह दयनीय है। गंतव्य पर पहुंचने पर सामान को लेकर हवाई अड्डे पर पूरी तरह से भ्रम की स्थिति है। फ्लाइट के अंदर गलत बेल्ट की घोषणा की जाती है, ग्राउंड क्रू में से कोई भी यात्री को बेल्ट में बदलाव और निश्चित रूप से आपका सामान प्राप्त करने के लिए लंबे समय तक प्रतीक्षा करने की सूचना नहीं देता है। यह एक बार का अनुभव नहीं रहा है बल्कि कई हवाईअड्डों पर कई मौकों पर ऐसा हुआ है। इसलिए प्रबंधन को इसे ठीक करने की जरूरत है।
